Join us this summer and dive into the mesmerizing world of sustainable materials.  Learn how to create your own bioplastics, natural paints and grown your own biodegradable materials from scratch. But it's not just about learning; you'll have the opportunity to apply these skills to create awesome everyday products. Imagine creating your own sustainable notebook from algae, or painting a mural with your own natural paints- the possibilities are endless!

 

From Classroom to Career:

Field Trip to Amazon Sustainability

Students will have the opportunity to visit Amazon HQ2’s Sustainability team at the end of the program in July. This optional capstone exploration experience gives students a firsthand look at how sustainability and innovation are applied in a real-world industry setting, connecting their learning to future career pathways. Lunch and transportation will be provided. More details will be shared soon. Students from both Session 1 and Session 2 are welcome to attend.
