Help Build the Path From Learning to Opportunity
Students need to see where their skills lead, and that requires people who are already there. Partners host students, bring real problems into programs, mentor teams, judge challenges, and open doors students would not otherwise find.

Three Types of Partners
Pick the one that describes your organization. Each leads somewhere different.

Industry partners connect students to real work, real workplaces, real challenges, and the people shaping what comes next.

Real Workplaces, Real Careers, Real Context
Industry and community partners help our students see how the STEM they are learning is applied in the real world, from robotics and engineering to sustainability, technology, and innovation.
Orblynx connects students with professionals, workplaces, and the broader business community, creating opportunities for mentorship, career exploration, and real-world learning. These experiences help turn “Why does this matter?” into “I’ve seen where this can take me.”

Career Exploration & Capstone Projects
Orblynx students step inside real workplaces and connect with professionals in the fields they are exploring. Experiences at Amazon HQ2 give students a firsthand look at technology, innovation, and career pathways, with opportunities to ask questions and learn directly from industry leaders. Career exploration at Orblynx goes beyond learning about jobs. Students see where their skills can take them.
Mentorship
Your professionals mentor students through projects and advanced pathways. A few hours can redirect a career.
Site Visits
Students visit your workplace and see STEM in operation. It is the fastest way to make classroom learning feel real.
Industry-Connected Capstones
Bring us a real challenge from your field and students design, build, and present solutions to your team.

Students Solving Real Community Problems
We partner with nonprofit and community organizations so students apply STEM skills to real-world problems in their own communities: projects with a user, a deadline, and a result that outlives the program.

Hosting STEM at Mosaic Center DMV
Mosaic Center DMV is a nonprofit organization supporting immigrant families across Northern Virginia. Through our community partnership, Orblynx provided students with a hands-on, project-based STEM experience at no cost to participating families, including curriculum, instruction, and materials. The collaboration is part of our broader commitment to expanding access to meaningful STEM learning. Each year, Orblynx team members and interns contribute hundreds of volunteer hours supporting students and families throughout our community.

Girl emPower Summit with the Loudoun Coalition on Women and Girls
Through our partnership with the Loudoun Coalition on Women and Girls (LCWAG), Orblynx students helped found and continue to lead the Girl emPower Summit, one of LCWAG’s signature initiatives. The summit serves girls ages 12 to 18 through leadership, confidence-building, wellness, STEM, and entrepreneurship experiences, and has reached more than 160 girls across Loudoun County.
Volunteering with TEDxUpper Belmont Pl Youth | 2026

Our founder, Ferri Riar, serves as lead community organizer for TEDxUpper Belmont Pl Youth, an independently organized TEDx event. Several members of our team also volunteer their personal time with the event, contributing as speaker coaching, and event logistics.
We are proud of our team's commitment to giving back and supporting opportunities that amplify youth voices and ideas in our community. This work is shared as part of our team's individual community service and is separate from Orblynx Academy's programs and activities.

Partners in Impact

“Over the past six years, Amazon and Orblynx Academy have partnered to help young people see themselves not just as STEM students, but as future innovators and leaders. Together, we’ve created hands-on experiences that connect classroom learning to real workplaces, real professionals, and real career paths, showing students how the skills they’re building today open doors tomorrow. It’s a partnership rooted in a shared belief: when young people can see what’s possible, they reach for it.”

“As a board member of the Loudoun Coalition on Women and Girls (LCWAG) I have seen how deeply Ferri’s work aligns with our mission and how profoundly her leadership benefits LCPS students and the greater Loudoun Community. I have also seen this impact through Orblynx Academy’s long-standing partnership with LCWAG’s Girl emPower Summit, where Ferri has created meaningful platforms for students to bring their learning to life, lead with purpose and contribute to programs that address critical needs in Loudoun County.”
